2. Production & Manufacturing Terms
All Jari threads, looms orders, and saree borders are custom manufactured according to user-submitted layouts.
- Tolerances: Minor variance in color tone or design dimensions is acceptable due to the nature of raw copper/gold electroplating and loom thread setups.
- Custom Patterns: Revisions to customized layouts must be approved in writing before starting the loom run.
3. Pricing and Payments
Quotes issued by our sales desk remain valid for the period specified on the proforma invoice. Raw metal pricing (gold, silver, copper) changes frequently and may affect active quotations before confirmation. Payments are processed via standard trade channels (L/C, Bank Transfer) as agreed per customer contract specifications.
4. Export & Shipping Policies
Shipping dates are estimates based on production capacity and logistics availability. International exports are subject to standard customs processing timescales. Rudram Jari is not liable for transport delays caused by maritime issues, custom retention, or force majeure events.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding details, logo formats, web layout codes, and design materials displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Rudram Jari & Exports. Unauthorized duplication or framing of contents is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rudram Jari is not liable for direct, indirect, or accidental losses arising from thread misuse, delay in factory delivery, or errors in customer-specified drawings.
